CHS Manager was updated in mid September 2025. Below is a brief summary of those changes along with the CR2K Articles and/or User Manual to help assist.
Login Page:
The Login page now includes the CR2K Contact information
Reports:
NAICS codes and Description of Business Activity - Both are found in Step 1 of each report
- NAICS codes are limited to two fields, NAICS 1 and NAICS 2. If a facility previously reported numerous NAICS codes, separated by a comma, this will require updating to only include one NAICS per field. NAICS Codes
- Description of Business Activity is now a required field.
Chemicals - found in Step 3 of each report
- Chemicals that have been inactivated or deleted from the Master Chemical List will now show as Not Valid in Step 3, and require the Invalid chemical be deleted and readded to match the chemicals SDS. This can be performed on an Annual or Revision report only. An Update report can only have Chemicals added or increased in Max Daily Amount, chemicals cannot be reduced or deleted. - Physical and Health Hazard information is now pulled from the Master Chemical List and not changeable. Physical and Health Hazards
- The Fertilizer and Pesticide information is now pulled from the Master Chemical List and not changeable.
- Chemical Removed Date verbiage has changed to include the statement "This does not delete the chemical from the report, this is only a notice for First Responders." Chemical Remove Date field
Facility Status Change:
Sold - found in Facility Status Change
- When a facility changes the status to Sold, via the Facility Status Change, this will automatically change the status to Inactive - Sold. I sold my facility to another company, how do I report it?
Moved - no longer found in Facility Status Change
