The physical and health hazards are listed on the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of each chemical and are input by the CR2K Chemical Specialist into CHS Manager. The Physical and Health Hazards are auto-populated into an initiated report from the Master Chemical information. If the Physical and Health Hazards do not match what is on the SDS for the Chemical in your report, a Request for New Chemical will need to be submitted.
