Click on the Gear at the top right corner of your browser window.
Select Internet Options.
Under the Browsing History section, click the Settings button.
Click the Delete button to clear the Cache. Then click Ok.
Under the Browsing History section, click the Delete button.
Make sure the Temporary Internet Files and Website files as well as the Cookies and Website Data check boxes are both marked. Click delete button.
Close your browser window, and reopen Internet Explorer. This should allow you to log back into CHS Manger. If you are still unable to log in, you will need to wait 40 minutes for the system to reset and restore your login.
