Having multiple cellular carrier towers at the same location presents an issue when entering the location address. CHS Manager will not allow duplicate addresses.
To remedy this issue we have added the Street Unit Description field. Cellular companies need to add a unique identifier to this field and then validate the address.

If the cell tower is located in an area that does not have a standard street address, mark the box that says "Check if facility address is not a standard address." You will also be required to enter the Latitude & Longitude for the tower's location.
