As a reporting facility, the only way to access a facility that is linked to the user account but has an Inactive Facility status is through the CHS Manager Home Page.
Follow the below steps to View an Inactive Facility:
1. In the Facility Status Summary box, click on the number link in the Inactive column of the Facility Type
2. This will open a list of Inactive Facilities. Clicking on the Facility Name, blue hyperlink, will give access to the previously submitted reports for the Inactive Facility.
