On the List of Facilities, you will see a list of all the facilities linked to your user account. If you do not see a facility in the list that you know has previously reported to the State Fire Marshal Office, please submit a help ticket or contact our office to link the facility to your account.
Please DO NOT add the facility as a new facility, as this will create duplicate facilities in the system.
Keep in mind that each facility can only be linked to a single user account.
If the registered user is not the person to certify the report, he/she will need to share the username and password with the individual who certifies the report.
