Once you complete your report, you will be able to review the fee statement for the year. Payments are not due at the time your report is submitted. An invoice will be mailed by the Oregon Department of Revenue to the mailing address you provided on your annual report. Invoices are normally mailed around mid-November.
The Office of State Fire Marshal does not process payments. All payments must be directed to the Oregon Department of Revenue at the address provided on the Payment Voucher. An option to pay online is also provided.
*Please do not send a payment until you receive a Payment Voucher from the Oregon Department of Revenue.
