- Once you receive the approval email, you can log into the Oregon Community Right to Know Hazardous Substance Manager (CHS Manager)with your Username and Password.
- You can access your list of facilities by clicking the "Continue" button on the right-hand side.
- Click on the Facility Name to view facility information and reports.
- Select Add a NewAnnual/Update/Revision Report.
- Choose a Report Class to begin your report. (For more information on differences between annual, update, or revision, click here.)
- Follow the program to complete your report.
