In order to accommodate CHS Manager's calendar-year based reporting system, last year's "2017" paper report has been loaded into CHS Manager as the "2016" annual report. This is because annual reports entered into CHS Manager can only be for the previous calendar year or prior. Because it is now 2018, the 2017 annual (online) report is available even though you may have already submitted a "2017" annual (paper) report.
It is important to remember that the 2017 report should reflect the months in 2017 that were not previously reported. Those months depend on the report cycle based on the county in which your facility resides.
In 2019, facilities will be able to select a 2018 annual report, covering the hazardous substances stored on site from January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018. Those annual reports will be due by March 1, 2019.
