While on your home page in CHS Manager, click on the appropriate number in the “Facility Status Summary” box.
Select the facility for which you want to confirm a report was submitted. You should now be able to see the reports associated with that facility. In the “Status” column, it will say either “Completed” or “Initiated”.
“Completed” = submitted
“Initiated” = not submitted
