Please submit an Update Report to indicate the new location
- Select your facility from the list.
- On the List Submission page, click on Add New Annual/Update/Revision Report button.
- On the Start a New Report page, select Update as the Report Class.
- Step 1: Click the Edit button to change your facility's location address. You will also need to update the mailing and billing addresses in this step.
- Be sure to update the storage location of each substance reported in Step 3 to indicate the new storage locations in the new building. Click on each chemical name. Click the Edit Chemical button at the top. Storage amounts and locations are on the second tab for each chemical reported. Verify the correct amounts are being reported and edit each storage location to show the storage information for the new building.
- Once you have verified each step of the report, certify and submit the report with the revisions.
