I sold my facility to another company, how do I report it?

The sale of a business is considered a Substantive Change OAR 837-085-0100 and is required to be reported in CHS Manager or to CR2K within 30 days of the sale.

1. Select your facility from the list
   
   
   
2. Click the Change Facility Status button at the top
   
   
   
3. Answer No to "Did facility move to new location?".
   
   
   
4. Answer Yes to "Was this facility sold to another Company but is still doing business at the same location?". Fill in the contact information for the new owner and Save.
