FEIN: Entering a Federal Employer Identification Number will now be a requirement.
Parent Company Information: There is space in the CHS Manager to allow you to enter the information for the parent company of your organization, if applicable.
Maximum Daily Amount: Entering the specific maximum daily amount of an aggregated substance is now required; this will be the actual amount and not a code with a range.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Each substance is now required to have an SDS uploaded. These will be immediately available for review by emergency planners and responders.
Chemical Fee Exemptions: You may choose which exemptions apply to each of the substances you enter. You may be asked to provide substantiation for selected exemptions.
Hazard Classifications: We have added multiple hazard classifications to match the Federal level requirements being enforced beginning in 2018.
