No. Nearly all of your information will be migrated over, but a few items will need to be reentered along with some new information. These include:
The new physical and health hazards under Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards will be requested for each substance. This is new for 2018 and is applicable nationwide.
The Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for all the specific substances reported by your facility will be linked. You may upload these prior to, or as part of, your first submission into CHS Manager.
Your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) will be requested (if applicable).
- The specific amount of each substance will be requested. Previously, only the range code under which the total amount fell was requested (e.g. a code 11 was reported for any amount between 500 and 999).
The container type, physical state, pressure, temperature and specific amount at each storage location for each substance will be requested.
